Where we deliver
We deliver all across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and 50+ other cities.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). You will receive tracking updates by SMS and WhatsApp once your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days nationwide after dispatch. Remote areas may take slightly longer. Delays can occasionally happen due to weather, courier operations or public holidays; if so, we will keep you informed.
Delivery charges
- FREE delivery on all orders over Rs. 3,000.
- Orders below Rs. 3,000 carry a small flat delivery fee, shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Cash on Delivery
Pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible and check your parcel in front of the rider.
Address and contact accuracy
Please provide a complete address and an active phone number. If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the rider and contact us the same day on WhatsApp at +92 310 1666482 with photos, so we can arrange a replacement or refund under our Refund Policy.
