Welcome to Shop Sphere (shop-sphere.store). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Shop Sphere is an online general store based in Pakistan, selling beauty, health, home, electronics and lifestyle products with delivery across Pakistan.

2. Products and pricing

  • We work hard to show accurate photos, descriptions and prices. Small differences in colour may occur due to screen settings.
  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout.
  • We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time without notice. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund of any amount paid.

3. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
  • We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if details provided are incomplete or incorrect, or if we suspect fraud. Any amount already paid for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.
  • Please review your order details, address and phone number carefully before confirming.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Visa, Mastercard, Easypaisa and JazzCash. For COD orders, payment is collected by the courier at delivery.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this store, attempt to disrupt it, submit false orders or information, or use our content, photos and branding without permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Shop Sphere name, logo and store content belong to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
